		<description>Boomer - That was a crazy run.  18 miles is ridiculous when healthy -- I can&#039;t believe you even attempted that! However, it is pretty darn amazing that you pushed yourself to complete the distance.  You are one tough dude my friend!

Now stay the heck off that knee until you see the doc!</description>
