Insanity: Day 26, 27 and 28 Pure Cardio, Abs, Plyometric Cardio Circuit, Rest Day

Well, I am in the middle of migrating my blog to WordPress. I had to migrate all my posts and it was pretty tedious. I am still not quite done with the complete “make over” so please bear with me.
Because I was busy with the moving my blog and football playoffs (I coach youth football), I haven’t had a chance to post for a couple days. Btw, we won our playoff game today 14 to 2. The team we played really brought it so we worked real hard to get our 2 touchdowns. We have playoff games next week and I also have to scrimmage my All Star team this Saturday. So I am busy preparing 2 teams for this coming weekend. Ok, enough of that.
I did Pure Cardio on Friday. As usual it hammered me, however, I managed to get it done. After Pure Cardio I was supposed to do Cardio Abs. Instead I stacked P90X Ab Ripper X and P90X+ Abs/Core Plus.
Yesterday I did Plyometric Cardio Circuit. This workout really kicks my heart rate up… especially with all the plyometric jumping.
Today is rest day. My body needs it.
Next week is a recovery week. I will have to see what those workout videos are like. I remember the first time I did P90X recovery week… Core Synth was no walk in the park. I wonder what surprises Insanity has in store for me!

Wow … like the new layout! Very sleek!
Thanks Jeff, still working out all the issues with moving a blog.
Boomer, BIG changes dude! Us ornery sorts don’t like change, but I’m diggin this.
Yeah, P90X’s “recovery” week wasn’t a week off, that’s for sure. Core Synergistics, Yoga, X-Stretch, Kenpo…those were good times! Core Syn was a ripper too.
Have fun moving your blog…must be a ton of cut and paste!
I will be finding out about the recovery week videos in a couple hours. I’ll let you folks know how it goes.
Moving the blog was a bit tedious. I didn’t do much in the way of cut and paste. I used some scripts to move the posts and comments. I also had to monkey around with a few server configuration files. I still have a few issues to address.
