Insanity Day 54 Max Interval Circuit, P90X Legs, Back, Ab Ripper X

I really hammered myself today. Fridays are tough for me because P90X Legs and Back day just doesn’t play well with the Insanity workouts. The 2 hardest Insanity workouts, in my humble opinion, are Max Interval Plyo and Max Interval Circuit. When Max Interval Circuit happens to land on P90X Legs and Back day I know I am going to have an ugly workout. I did MIX first. It was brutal, but I felt fairly good at the end. I waited a few hours and did legs and back. I could feel the fatigue in my legs. I really had to dig deep to get through the exercises. I couldn’t hold the wall squats and the single leg wall squats all the way through. That really bums me out because I normally handle those pretty well. At least the back workout went well. Directly after legs and back I did ARX. My hip flexors were not cooperating. MIX and the leg workout pretty much wasted me. I did a bunch of overhead band crunches to make up for the ugly ARX workout.
