Steve... I like the Gymboss.  However, just yesterday I found they have a bunch of interval timers for the iphone (they have an app for that).  Even Gymboss has a interval timer app for the iphone.  I post something about it.

		<description>Aw, isn&#039;t that sweet?  Someone gave Granny a camoflage poncho for Christmas!  Maybe she&#039;s that machine-gunning granny in &quot;Goldfinger&quot; 30-years later!

I find that the Bicep/Back workouts are arm blasters.  All that pulling and curling that by the half-way point, you feel like toast!  

Nutrition is where the rubber meets the road in fitness, and its where I compromised my prevous 20 years of workouts.  Thanks for putting up your link.

This program looks totally cool btw!  I love the plyo/cardio built  into the strength training workouts.</description>
