		<description>Glad you had a good run.  I know you had hoped your knee would be more cooperative but at least you could move on it.  Maybes your muscles had to remember to how to run and after being locked away for so long!

I start my windsprint intervals next month and I feel my legs are going to rebel as well.  We&#039;ll see just how much all this jump training has paid off.</description>
