I have an inner voice that wants to do a tri.  My knee is not in the best shape for endurance sports.  So for now I am a gym rat / home workout kinda guy!</description>

		<description>The human flag....I feel my rotator cuff tear just watching that.  I am not even sure if that is a good exercise?  Might do far more harm than good!

You think your a gym rat but I think you still got the tri bug!  How is the knee doing?  Since I started 1/2 IM training my mpw run volume has decreased to like 15-18.  Not that much of a beating ... just saying ..</description>
