No, I was considering one for my home gym. There was a place that offered spin classes up the street from me, but they've since closed. I didn't want to go the stationary bike route, but after pricing spin bikes, I realized I could get a decent used road bike and a trainer. Plus, I've heard spin bikes break down a tad more often than their mobile brethren, probably due to the sprinting and hard pedaling.

In the end, I invested in more hex dumbbells, bought P90X, and the rest is history!

Jeff... I checked out the spinervals site, but while I was interested I didn't pull the trigger. I can see how a tabata setup on the trainer would probably give the same results.

Steve... The spinning classes at our gym are pretty awesome. I should give that a try. Do you belong to a gym that have spin bikes and classes?

Gotta love it when your shoulders workout leaves your arms hangin'. That's a great feeling. P90X's Shoulders & Arms did just that. Sounds like I30x5's Shoulders & Legs does it as well!

A while ago, I was considering a spin-bike for such a workout. Then I realized that I could get a decent used road bike for the same amount of money. Since you guys have decent indoor trainers, you could probably take this on.

Sounds like you killed it today Boomer!

I've been thinking about Spinervals as well. Been really enjoying the convenience of the indoor trainer. It is boring but soooo to get the workouts in. I went to the website and they have so many darn options I wasn't sure where to even begin? have you researched spinervals yet?
