That is awesome Boomer! And Steve, coffee flew out my nose with your new Tabata workout idea!

Fu was a guy I always liked. He had such potential but always seemed to have trouble staying on the field because of a plethora of injuries. And he was a 250 lb RB but had feet like a guy much smaller. So, when he tried to out run a defender instead of smashing them Steelers fan just couldn't understand? Bunch of meatheads us Steeler fans!

Always seemed like a good dude and it is cool to see he is working with kids - The important thing is that your son had an experience that he will always remember!

Boomer, another idea for a tabata routine is this: Type the name "Chris Fuamatu-Ma’afala" for 20 seconds, then take 10 seconds rest. Repeat 8 times for a stellar 4 minute workout!

As a Detroit Lions fan, its no wonder Chris Fuamatu-Ma’afala has his promo photo showing him blowing past a Lion defender. The Lions are notorious for allowing career-best rushing totals to anyone wearing an opposing uniform. Then again, he's a linebacker so its quite obvious he's just picked off a pass thrown right to him by Joey Harrington.

Anyway, I'll bet your son was stoked Getting coached by a guy who's played the game at the highest level is a thrill by itself. I'll bet he slept with that ball!
