		<description>That girl in the video could have accomplished the same exercise (without the crash) simply by using two books or two bricks. Only if the body passes the plane of the hands does something like that become effective.  

I&#039;ll bet getting back in the pool is refreshing.  We have our first baseball practice scheduled for Sunday and the weather is supposed to be glorious!  Hearing the crack of the bat (we play with wood bats) will be music to my ears!</description>
