		<description>Steve... When I try to do a flip turn I miss the wall completely!  I figure that at my age, if I don&#039;t want to do a flip turn, I don&#039;t have to.  LOL!!!

Jeff... I often consider doing another triathlon.  However, I haven&#039;t made a commitment either way.  I figured that I would just enjoy swimming and working out for now and see where it leads me.</description>

Dude, you are in serious triathlete mode again here.  Swimming, biking .... bet that knee could handle 10-15 miles a week running?  That is all I am doing and really it is more than enough running for an Oly tri.</description>
