		<description>Jeff... The pool is indoors.  I hit the lap button every 50 yards (up and back).

Annie... I think the TV thing applies to every cardio machine.  I find that listening to the iPod is just not enough.  Btw, I think the nut-kicking video increased my heart rate faster than sprinting on my bike!</description>

And about the traffic and bike riding... FOR REAL!  I&#039;m not hardcore like you but do like to ride through the quieter neighborhoods once in a while but HI drivers are kinda crazy now days.
